Whether you want to be able to do ten push ups or perfect a body roll and hair flip, our variety of energizing classes, suitable for all fitness levels, will help you improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, dance flow, body image, and self-confidence.

We understand that each Queen enjoys a unique fitness journey, so remember to listen to your body during your class, and if you need help deciding what classes will work best for you and your goals, don’t hesitate to contact us!

*Although our our classes welcome anyone who wants to empower their inner Queen, please note that pole classes are women only unless marked “co-ed” on the schedule.

WORK IT OUT CLASSES

Our group fitness classes help you stay motivated and challenged! If you’re taking pole classes, we highly recommend taking these classes alongside pole to maximize improvements in strength and flexibility. If you’re not quite ready for pole, that’s okay! Get ready to have a class experience that will leave you feeling great in your own skin!

DANCE IT OUT CLASSES

Our specialty is pole, and we’re excited to share the many benefits of pole that reach far beyond just an amazing workout. No experience or coordination is required—our pole program begins with Intro to Pole and allows students to progress at their own pace! Dance It Out classes also include Chair Dance and Floor and Flow.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Fascinated by pole, but intimidated by a group setting? Looking to progress farther in a specific area such as tricks, dance flow, flexibility, or conditioning? Or just need one-on-one attention in addition to your classes? Private lessons are a fantastic option to work with one of our instructors to help you reach your fitness goals!
